Early in his career, Rich saw a need for a technology search firm that could speak the language of business. In 1992, he launched Moss Search with a focus on tech talent for high-growth and trading firms. Rich leads all recruiting and placement efforts for Moss Search and develops a dynamic one-on-one relationship with his clients and candidates. This approach has led to great value and unanticipated growth.

On a personal note, Rich lives in Alpharetta, Georgia where he loves spending time with his wife, two daughters, and a lab/beagle mix rescue dog (don’t ask). He is actively involved with his community and volunteers with the school as well as other local organizations. Rich plays a good game of golf and tennis, and enjoys the performance and study of music.
