Early in his career, Rich saw a need for services at the intersection of technology and trading. In 1992, he launched Moss Search with a focus on recruiting leaders and executives for the financial industry. Rich leads all recruiting and placement efforts for Moss Search and develops a dynamic one-on-one relationship with his clients and candidates. This approach has led to great value and unanticipated growth.

On a personal note, Rich lives in Atlanta, Georgia where he loves spending time with his wife, two teen daughters, a cockapoo and a bichon. He is actively involved with his community and volunteers with the school and other local organizations. Rich plays a good game of golf and tennis, and enjoys the performance and study of music. No karaoke allowed.
